By creating an account on Throve ("we", "us", "the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to use Throve. You may only create one account per person. Accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended without notice.
Throve allows users to earn points by completing surveys and offers provided by third-party partners (currently CPX Research and Torox). Points are credited automatically once a partner confirms completion of an offer.
Points have no cash value until successfully withdrawn and processed by us. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually, usually within minutes to hours, though in rare cases it may take longer. We reserve the right to deny withdrawal requests we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or resulting from a violation of these Terms or of our partners' terms.
You agree not to: create multiple accounts; use bots, scripts, VPNs, or proxies to manipulate offer completions; provide false information to complete offers; or otherwise attempt to defraud Throve or our partners. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
Offers and surveys are provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or fulfillment of third-party offers. If an offer does not credit correctly, we will do our best to assist, but resolution may depend on the third-party partner.
Throve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
