Offerwalls (like CPX Research or Torox) sometimes take a few minutes up to a few hours to confirm a completed offer before points are credited to your account. This is normal — the offerwall needs to verify your action with the advertiser first.
If it's been longer than 24 hours and the points still haven't appeared:
— Check that you completed all required steps in the offer (some offers require multiple stages, like reaching a certain level in a game).
— Make sure you didn't use an ad blocker, VPN, or incognito mode while completing the offer — these can prevent tracking and cause the offerwall to reject the credit.
— Contact our support team with the offer name, the approximate date/time you completed it, and (if possible) a screenshot of confirmation from the offerwall. We'll investigate directly with the offerwall (publisher).
1,000 THR points = $1 USD. So for example, 10,000 points equals $10, which is also our minimum withdrawal amount. Point values are fixed and don't fluctuate.
No. Throve allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (even with different emails or devices) violates our terms and may lead to all linked accounts being suspended, including forfeiture of pending rewards. If you share a household with another Throve user, that's fine — just make sure each of you only has one account each and use different devices if possible.
Not currently. Throve doesn't require identity verification (KYC) at this stage — we rely on account and IP-based checks to catch suspicious activity instead. This may change as the platform grows, in which case we'll clearly explain any new requirements before they apply.

Contact support and request account deletion — for security reasons this isn't currently a self-service action. Note that any unredeemed points are forfeited once your account is deleted, so make sure to withdraw first if you're eligible.
When you invite a friend to Throve using your referral link, you earn a bonus share of the points they make from completing offers. It's a simple way to earn passively on top of your own activity, and it doesn't cost your friend anything extra.
As a referrer, you earn a 5% bonus on top of everything your referred friend generates — it's funded by Throve, not deducted from their points. So if you're the one being referred, you keep 100% of your own earnings; having a referrer never costs you anything… fortunately.
You can withdraw via PayPal or cryptocurrency, with a choice of several coins — including USDT, USDC, ETH, and LTC — so you can pick the option with the lowest fees for you. More crypto options will be added over time.
Withdrawals are reviewed manually for security, so they're not instant. Most requests are processed within a few hours, although it may take a little longer during peak periods or on non-business days. You'll see a status update on your account once it's approved and sent.
